This is where the District Attourney and Assistant DA prepare the case they're going to bring against a thought-to-be perpetrator. They do have the Burden of Proof, so the offices in this building are usually overcrowded with papers, full of data.

Courthouse
The Courthouse--where cases are argued, the guilty punished, and the innocent set free. There are two sides to every story, and it's up to an impartial jury to decide whose side is correct. There are always plenty of spectators, and the press. Of course, not all cases must be decided by a jury--things such as divorce, and minor crime can be decided by just the judge.
